Umholi wephrojekthi wabeka phambili izidingo ezintathu:
1. Ukumbozwa kwesignali yonke izintambo kufanele kube bushelelezi.
2. Kudingeka kuphela ukumboza indawo engamamitha-skwele angu-200.
3. Amasignali avela kumanethiwekhi eselula, ezokuxhumana kanye ne-China Unicom kufanele athuthukiswe.

Ngokwezidingo zamakhasimende, sikhethe i-all-netcom repeater enebhendi ye-TDD futhi sakhetha i-antenna elenga odongeni yokwamukela nokudlulisa. I-antenna elenga odongeni ingahlanganiswa kahle nendawo yokuhlobisa.

1. I-antenna engaphandle efakwe odongeni inesiqondiso esiqinile, futhi kufanele ibhekane nesiteshi sesisekelo lapho ifakwa; 
2. I-antenna efakwe odongeni ngaphakathi ibhekene nendawo yokumboza isignali. Ngemva kokufakwa kwama-antenna angaphakathi nangaphandle, xhuma i-repeater ukuze uyivule. 
3. Ukutholwa kwesignali Ngemva kokufakwa, umholi wephrojekthi wenze isignali yocingo/yokuhlola i-inthanethi, futhi umsebenzi wocingo ne-inthanethi wawujwayelekile. Amafoni e-Android angalanda isofthiwe yokulinganisa inethiwekhi ethi "CellularZ", avule isofthiwe ukuze abuke inani le-RSRP, futhi aqonde ngokunembile umphumela wokumbozwa kwesignali.
